Change: The inactivity period before removal was extended from 30 days to 90 days.
Details: This amendment adjusted Section 2 and Section 3 to reflect the new 90-day inactivity period. Members who do not notify an officer of their extended absence may now be removed after 90 days of inactivity instead of the previous 30 days.
